Privacy Policy — POND! Toy Riot

1. Scope
This policy describes the Android game POND! Toy Riot (package com.pond.toyriot), developed by Hemingway.
2. Information in the game
The current game does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer and does not share personal data with third parties. It has no account registration, advertising, analytics or payment SDKs. Gameplay works offline.
3. Local storage and deletion
Game progress, earned coins, unlocked cannons, upgrades, sound preferences, controls and language preferences are stored locally on your device to run the game and remember your choices. The app does not enable Android cloud backup. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it can delete this information. The developer does not receive a copy and cannot restore it from a server.
4. Independent services
Google Play, the Android operating system and any external browser operate under their own privacy policies. Opening the online version of this policy connects your browser to GitHub Pages; the hosting service may process ordinary web request information, such as an IP address, under GitHub's privacy statement. The game does not integrate tracking or advertising into that page.
5. Children
The current game does not collect personal information from players, including children. The game has no chat, public profiles or user uploads.
6. Changes
If data practices change in a later version, we will update this policy before releasing the relevant features and provide any notices or choices required for those changes.
